This photo was taken on Wisconsin state highway 13 shortly before we had car trouble. Eagles are plentiful in the Northwoods!!

Thrilled to have found this great resource via Twiiter (I’m NatureSpirits). A breeding pair of eagles lives just across the road from me, so I get to see them all the time here in the far northwest. Yesterday I had a 1st…saw the pair out for a soar over the Strait of Juan de Fuca along with 2 juveniles, I’m guessing their offspring from last year? This links to a post about my resident eagles.
Gorgeous! I wish I had been able to go out and see the Eagles this year, but it was not to be.
Very beautiful bird. Nice close up. :)))
Very cool on the eagle! (Considerably less so on the car trouble, of course. I hope it wasn’t too much of a hassle or expense!)
I see you are still hard at work. Excellent material!
