With all the migration coming through Idaho this last week, I took hundreds of terrible photographs. I did manage a few that I posted, but I felt my best were of the Bullock’s Orioles that gave me great close-ups while I sat quietly near a bush.
I put a new header picture of Common Kestrel and there are photos of a Sparrowhawk in the hand, European Goldfinch, Willow Warbler and Common Whitethroat
I am posting a White Wagtail .
White-faced Heron and Little Egret together on the salt marsh flats.
I have a little mix from the Golf course 🙂
I’m showing some more digiscoped images. This time a nesting Red-tailed Hawk and her three chicks.
This week I’m posting some close-up shots of a Ruffed Grouse that we enjoyed extended looks of yesterday.
Scops Owl pictures today
I have a singing Marsh Wren for this week.
A Red-winged blackbird displaying his brilliant shoulder patches.

I added a Ruby-throated Hummingbird, finally not on a feeder but eating from a prairie plant.
Some Wilson’s Storm-Petrels from a recent pelagic.
I’m submitting an “artsy” shot of a pied-billed grebe (among a few other things.)
