I am posting Galah in a gum tree.
Sighted a Buteo with a redish tail, but no, it wasn’t what you think!
,,,,Short-tailed Hawk
This weeks pic is of a red-shouldered hawk on my rooftop.
King Eider, Brant, Red-throated Loon and Mew Gull are this week’s features.
I have a Yellow-headed blackbird in flight. I took it in April of last year.
Finally have some new photos starting with a Common Merganser this week.
I’ve got a pileated woodpecker, a Northern harrier, a pair of blue-winged teals, 6 white pelicans & 3 snowy egrets. (Can we post more than one? These were all from a recent hike at a local State Park.)
(BTW, when I couldn’t access your blog–see my other comment–even your “bird photography” badges wouldn’t load on mine. Looks like we’re good to go this time around, though.)
…a male cardinal doing the winter thing–puffed up against the freezing cold!
I have a Ferruginous Hawk visiting fore the winter.
