I’ve got owls on the brain right now, and I was thinking over the weekend that I hadn’t seen a Barred Owl in a while. So this week I am in with a photo of A Barred I took on Christmas morning a few years back.
I had never heard of Milky Stork until Charlie posted the post I’ve included from 10,000 Birds. Enjoy the rarity!
I`m back with a greenfinch this week.
I’m joining with a juvenile Tri-colored Heron!
Klaus
My contribution: Blue-throated Bee-eater (Merops viridis)
I’ve posted a photo of a Common Koel and also a video of its annoyingly loud call.
This week I am featuring Trumpeter Swans landing and taking off from flooded corn fields.
My contribution for this week: Killdeer. Enjoy!
Yellow-billed Magpie from me.
Last week’s Wordless Wednesday featured an American Kestral.
I’m digging deep trying to find really nice shots for you. This week is a Red-necked Grebe.
Joining with the white-throated sparrow in my Nov. 4 post. I would choose the warbler I posted today, Nov 10, but not sure of its ID.
I’m in this week with a Brewer’s Blackbird. The photo was taken earlier in the year – so the grass is green. But don’t let that fool you. It’s actually quite white right now.
Sorry I’m late, I thought I’d share a couple of parrots.
We’ve added our Eastern Bluebird to finish off yet another fun week of Bird Photography Weekly!!
You have all week, Monday to Saturday, to enter your photo/post!!
