This cute little baby squirrel was trying to get back to his nest hole in a sycamore tree. We got a ladder out and I tried to lift him up there but it was too high.
He had fallen out of the hole and the bark was bare right below so he could not find enough grip to make it back up. Eventually, he found his way to another tree and was joined by an adult squirrel.

After such a dreary and long winter it is nice to see some colorful flowers coming up in the yard. The trees are budding nicely as well!
Bella was enjoying exploring in what we refer to as “the forbidden area”. This is a fenced off area of the yard that we usually keep the dogs out of to let the plants grow better.
