Really a nice scene and stunning sunset. I also like the Pileated Woodpecker.
My SkyWatch post today > Canon Pixels
Luscious green ground, tumultuous skies, brilliant streak of light in the middle: great photo.
Very nice. The glow of the sunset looks almost liquid.
Very nice! Bit of tonemapping going on? Works well!
Cheers, Klaus
Very nice picture. it has so much to offer
Very, very nice. Gotta love those clouds.
I love this shot. I’d like to lie down in that field and watch the sky.
Wow! I love the whole mood in this photo. Great perspective. This is one of my favorites so far.
I love the contrast of the thick blanket of gray with the deep, verdant ground and only a thin ribbon of horizan seperating the 2 where golden light spills out.
How beautiful! Fabulous clouds and grasses!
Incredible photo. The sky and the meadow are such a contrast to one another and make for quite a dramatic photo. Nice job.
I love the textures and colors. The clouds are fantastic.
What amazing, heavy but beautiful moddy clouds! They seem to hang so low!
Those are mighty looking clouds!
and what a sunset! So refreshing to see the gold as an embellishment rather than the star.
Special landscape. Great shot and colors.
Awesome photograph. I love the contrasts there. And the setting sun makes the horizon like being in fire.
Have a nice day and happy skywatching:-)
Nice photos, I like the colors and can almost see the wildlife coming out with the sun dropping.
This is a glorious evening setting, at the end of what we call the “Golden Hour”!
What a beautiful scene. Thi looks like a good patch for birds and dragonflies.
Gorgeous sunset! The light is beautiful as it fades away! Great photo!
Green and gray and a wonderful flashlight at the horrizon
Almost makes me wish I was in the midwest…but I would miss the mountains.
I love this picture.
Wow! All grey skies for us down here lately.
Thank you for sharing that beauty
Oh! I forgot! BTW, I voted for you for the 2008 Blogger’s Choice Awards, in 3 different categories
