We got about 5-6 inches of the nasty white stuff and it is continuning (sp) to fall but, it will melt in due time and the birds will return and so life goes in Fargo don’t cha know.

Lana – yeah, we are more than ready for spring…how GREAT that you love black dobermans!!!

Steve – well, we are heading towards a possible eight inches at the moment, fifteen is a LOT to shovel! glad you got the feeders filled!

Sandpiper – Thanks, we saw the ground for a few days (even saw a few bugs) but we’ll have to wait a bit more now for spring. Glad you are feeling the spring there!

Beautiful pictures. I especially like the snowy scene. I’m in Connecticut and it’s very springlike here. It’s nice to see the ground again.

Spring what spring

15 inches of snow predicted today and birds have been at all the feeders in their droves since first thing this morning , filled them all up yesterday as we were warned it was coming

The snow on those trees belies the horrible WINDS that deposited it there. Gads how I DON’T miss the North!
(Ironically, however, I was just mentioning to my husband yesterday that I love black dobermans…)
