Perhaps our favorite warbler for two reasons: 1) He looks cool and 2) Only time we’ve ever seen him is in our backyard!
Just add water and warblers magically appear!
Note: We are out in the field for our 72-hour bird count. We will recap the three-day event in a few days. Besides checking bird sightings we will be away from the computer.

Wow, I wasn’t sure which photo I liked better (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) but without a doubt the Black-throated Blue shots are taking my breath away! Bravo

Birdman Jon - Definitely try a dripping hose for a few days. The birds will appear if you wait for them!!
Mon@rch - Black-throated Blues are my (Birdfreak) personal favorite. They are one of those birds that send a tingle down your spine and make you stop breathing for a second!!
