		<description>I grew up with the Golden Guide to Birds by Robins and Zim and at the time seemed like the main alternative Peterson. Although it was revised in 2001 the update was not as good as it could of been, but it&#039;s still my favorite guide to carry out in the field with me. I guess it has fallen somewhat out of favor as you did not metnion it.</description>
