Burly Bird – Bird Awareness Stickers
A few days ago I received a letter from a startup company called Burly Bird. Enclosed in the envelope were four bird stickers: Golden Eagle, Northern Harrier, White-breasted Nuthatch, and Pileated Woodpecker.
I decided to give the raptors to my nieces and keep the other two for myself.
These stickers are solid white with black outlines and are excellent representations of the real-life birds.
The Burly Bird mission (from their website):
“Our mission is to help birders raise awareness of wild birds and bird conservation through a fun, visual representation of the species we love. Our bird stickers are made from high quality, UV coated vinyl and can be applied anywhere – on car bumpers and windows, house windows (this can help prevent bird collisions with your home), water bottles, coffee mugs, you name it!”
With a handful of stickers currently available and more on the way, these are a nice inexpensive gift for nature lovers of all ages. My nieces love them and I placed the woodpecker on the back of my iPhone. The nuthatch will probably make it to my car’s back window.
Check out all the stickers at Burly Bird.
