The following contest is running from now through October 31st. The prize is one brand new copy of Bird: The Definitive Visual Guide

How would you like to win a copy of the brand new book, Bird: The Definitive Visual Guide? Haven’t heard of it? Check out our review and then read the contest rules!

This book retails for $50.00.

Here are the rules:

  1. Tell us what your defining moment was when you knew you were a birder
  2. Email us your story, 200 words or less, to birdfreak [at] birdfreak [dot] com or you can use our contact page
  3. On November 1st, we will declare the winner and post all the entries on the blog
  4. We will include a link to your website if desired
  5. Important!! All the submissions will be reviewed by Snowy Owl, the professional writer of the Birdfreak Team
  6. The contest is only open to residents of the lower 48 states of the U.S. (due to shipping expense)
