I’m jumping in with a female Black-chinned hummingbird finishing up a nest.
Nothing too fancy for me, just some fat mourning doves.
Bit of a gimme from me but I’m sharing Chestnut-backed Chickadees again this week!
I’m offering up a Ring-necked Duck. Boy, birding during duck season is scar-eee.
Today I’m in it with a pair of Loggerhead Shrikes!

I am adding California Quail. I have a gazillion of them scratching around under my bird feeder but they are still hard to sneak up on and photograph.
Pam and I are adding the Great Horned Owl that we finally saw after almost 2 years of hearing it in our backyard.
I’ve submitted an American Crow taken by our birding robot (Wingscapes Birdcam).
January 1 marked the arrival of a new yard bird for me, #85, a Red-bellied Woodpecker!
