Well the groundhog was out-shadowed this year as Ohioans continue battling wind, snow, ice and sleet. The Midwest storm that gave Rockford between one and two feet of snow and blizzard winds came over our way in many different forms. Findlay still got snow, but also ice and sleet – and a whole lotta wind.
